Shibashi, also known as “Tai Chi Qigong Shibashi,” is a gentle form of exercise that combines elements of Tai Chi and Qigong. The word “Shibashi” literally means “eighteen forms” in Chinese, referring to a set of 18 simple, flowing movements designed to promote relaxation, balance, flexibility, and overall well-being.
I have created my own routine which is slightly non-traditional to the normal routine of 18 movements. My version is 10 moves and focuses around the Yang version of Tai Chi.
