I bought this book about three years ago in Waterstones. Waterstones don’t have many Kung Fu books on their shelves so you think to yourself “this must be a good book”.
I had been training in Wing Chun Kung Fu for several months and decided to buy the book to assist with my training, nearly four years later and still use it as a useful training aid.
It’s got everything you would wish for, lots of visual diagrams and photos, theory, history and technique applications.

There are many other Wing Chun books but this one has it all. A good guide to Wing Chun for beginners and experienced martial artists.
Wing Chun Kung Fu is a Chinese martial art that is practical for self defence and requires little strength or fitness.
The auther, Sifu Shaun Rawcliffe, started Wing Chun in 1979 and teaches in Birmingham UK. He has also been instructed by Grandmaster Ip Chun, eldest son and senior student of the late Grandmaster Ip Man.

Wrong.
It is very well known that Wong Shun-leung was Ip Man’s senior student, as well as his first.
