Back in 1995 it cost me £75. It is a fantastic book for the serious Taekwon-do practitioner. Written by the Grandmaster who created Taekwondo with the International Taekwon-do Federation. It was a great training aid for me when studying for my 1st, 2nd and 3rd Degree Black Belts. Detailed photograghs of the forms and applications making it easy to understand and interpret. In my view if your are serious about your study of ITF Taekwon-do you should own this book. I was fortunate enough to have two copies.
Unfortunately both of my copies became water damaged in storage. This Ebook is available on Amazon for £48.23 (this is the price at the time of publishing this post). Of course an Ebook cannot get water damaged. Idea for viewing on a tablet or large screen whilst training or studying.
